Pope Benedict has called for a year dedicated to the priesthood. So I put this video together. These men give their lives, leaving all behind, to serve Christ and the Church He left behind. They are voices for the voiceless, defenders of truth, and protectors of the weak. They are ordinary men living extraordinary lives. May we pray that God continue to bless and strengthen these men who give so much and sometimes receive very little. May they be strengthened and sanctified by the One who has chosen them. Thanks to all the priests, whether diocesan or religious, throughout the world. God Bless you.
Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ, Eternal High Priest, Mother of all priests, and our Mother, help us respond generously to the Holy Spirit's request, through the voice of His Church, to offer up to God Eucharistic adoration for priests. Amen.
